MoreHow does it work?

GlobalConnect is a new service that allows you to make international calls from your landline or cell phone. To enroll, write to Customer Service at sales@cellulax.sg. Whether you are a current customer, or new to Cellulax, signing up is easy and will only take a few minutes.

You can only use GlobalConnect service from registered phone numbers. You can register as many numbers as you would like to (for example, your home phone, cell phone and your business line). You will be charged a monthly fee of $5 per phone number, plus any usage. If you do not use the service in a particular month, you will not be charged. If you have multiple numbers registered and only make calls via one of those numbers, you will be charged a monthly fee plus usage for that number only.

Once your phone numbers are registered, you will be able to make calls immediately by simply calling the access number that we provide to you. Just follow the prompts and dial the desired number.

Please note: The cell and/or home phone number you wish to register must be a U.S. phone number.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Depending on your home phone plan, you may be charged for using one of Cellulax's access numbers. We suggest that you confirm with your long distance phone carrier. If using your cell phone, standard air time and roaming charges (if applicable) from your wireless carrier may apply. MoreHow do I make a call?

• After you hear the prompt, please enter your destination number followed by the # sign.
• For calls to Canada, dial 1 + area code + the number you wish to call.
• For other countries, dial 011 + country code + city code + local number. (Note: you may have to drop any leading zeros from the country or city codes; for example, if the code is 014, dial 14.)

No, Cellulax’s GlobalConnect international calling works with your existing wireless/home phone service and provider. GlobalConnect can be used by simply calling the access number that we provide to you. Just follow the prompts and dial the desired number. You will be billed separately by Cellulax for your international calls.

MoreDo I need Internet to use this service?
No, unless your home phone service depends on it, you do not need Internet service to use Cellulax’s GlobalConnect international calling plan. Calls are made by dialing the access number that we provide to you directly from your home phone or cell phone.

No, calls are made by dialing the access number that we provide to you directly from your cell phone.

MoreWhat is the GlobalConnect access number?

You can use any of the below access numbers to place a call. Your phone number must be registered first before you can place an international call. To register your number, please call 800-331-9166 and press option 2.

Yes, you can use the GlobalConnect access number with any phone landline or cell phone, but it needs to be registered with Cellulax first.

If you do not use the service/make any calls in a particular month, you will not incur any fees or charges.

Absolutely! You can register as many phone numbers (cell or home phone) as you would like to. You will be charged a monthly fee of $5 per line/phone number, plus any usage. If you have multiple numbers registered and only make calls via one of those numbers, you will be charged a monthly fee plus usage for that number only.
